Engineering & Sourcing Mechanical and Electrical engineers working out of our sourcing office in India is responsible for drafting (engineering) of products and carrying out QA/QC audits. Our team has worked with 70+ manufacturing units out of 9 countries in the past 24 years.
DistributionWe are associated with a 3PL company in Baltimore, VA that manages our inventory. We also offer Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) for our customers to manage their inventory. We can show considerable savings and shorter lead time as a part of managing our customers inventory.
After Sales Service We take customer service with utmost sincerity and stand by our products’ quality. With our dedicated account manager, customers have only one point of contact that assist them with quotation, cross-referencing, billing, logistics and accounting.
